InformationA line in the sand is a metaphorical (sometimes literal) point beyond which no further advance will be accepted or made. It is often see as the cause of many wars in our history. This show has three segments: The first is called “WAR”. The actual act of war. You can have props showing the tools used in war like: swords, guns, tanks, jets, ships, etc. The second segment is called “THE COSTS OF WAR”. In this part of the show you can creates visuals such as destruction of cities, the human pain and suffering caused by war. The third segment is called “HOPE”. This segment is about recovering from a war. This can be about a person, a family, a city, a nation, or many nations. This can be a very powerful show for your audience, as well as a wonderful opportunity for your students to learn more about history and how wars have effected civilization.
