We are very excited about our new 2020 marching band shows!! Each of these shows were commissioned in the 2019 season, and helped bands have a very successful marching season this year.

ALIKE IN DIGNITY – FEUDING FAMILIES is a marching band show based on Shakespeare’s story of Romeo & Juliet. The show has four movements: 1. Families Meet 2. Romeo and Juliet Meet 3. BROTHERS OF OLYMPUS is a marching band show that is a musical description of how of the three brothers Poseidon, Hades, and Zeus. There are four movements: Mvt. 1- Is the brothers overthrowing their father – Cronus. Mvt. 2 Poseidon, Mvt. 3 Hades, Mvt. 4 Zeus. (Gr.4) Features are: Euphonium solo. (Gr.4)

EVOLUCION’ – THE MAKING OF A PEOPLE is a marching band show that is a musical description of how the ancient Aztecs have evolved to the modern citizens of Mexico. NIGHT SKIES is a marching band show that is a musical description of different things we see in the sky at night. The underlying story is a father and daughter and their impressions of what they see in the sky of of the little girl’s mother, who has recently passed away. There are four movements: Lightning, Aurora Borealis, Fireflies, and Constellations. Feature is: Euphonium solo (Gr. 3.5)

SINGULARITY This marching band show is based on the concept of a single element. The element can be visual: (single line, single form, one person in the middle of the form, etc) or it can be musical: a soloist, one section in the playing the same thing, or the full ensemble playing a single note etc).
