I AM THE SHADOW

InformationThis marching band show is inspired by a poem called I Am The Shadow. The show starts out dark, with the perception that our shadow is our dark or evil side. It ends with the acceptance of our shadow, and that it can reflect our good side as well. PART 1 - features a bassoon duet (can be done by trombones, or tenor saxes), and a mellophone solo. PART 2 - features your flute and mellophone soloists. PART 3 - features a woodwind quartet (Flute, clarinet, alto sax, and tenor sax), as well as a flute soloist.

Classical music used was Stravinsky's Rite of Spring, Debussy's Sunken Cathedral, Beethoven's Ode to Joy.
