TEXAS (UIL): Exclusivity is by UIL region within your class.
NORTHEAST STATES (USBANDS, TOB, MAC, etc…): Exclusivity is provided within one’s primary circuit (by class). We will contact you if another school in your area is interested in purchasing a show that you have already chosen. After analyzing each group’s performance schedule, both band directors and myself (Jair Klarfeld Music), will collectively determine the likelihood of a conflict. If scheduling conflicts arise the show will not be resold. If conflicts are not likely or if both band directors aren’t concerned by the scheduling conflicts that arise the show will be sold to the interested school in your area. Additional exclusivity will be considered for bands from different circuits that fall within 100 miles of one other.
CALIFORNIA (WBA, SCSBOA, NORCAL, etc…): Exclusivity is provided within one’s primary circuit (by class). BANDS OF AMERICA (BOA): Please notify us (Jair Klarfeld Music) if you are attending a Bands of America event. BOA Regional and Grand National Championship “Class” exclusivity is available for an additional charge of $500.00.
