CHAIN REACTION

CTA - perusal score

InformationA chain reaction is defined as a series of events in which each induces or influences the next. Fission – The process whereby one item splits to become two. The opener is fast paced with a rocking drum groove in the middle, followed by a lilting flute solo. Suspended Animation – is the slowing of processes by external means without termination. This segment begins with another flute solo that builds as more instruments add in and then fades out again. Fusion – an occurrence that involves the combination of two or more items to produce a union. This segment returns to the use of mixed meters reminiscent of the opener and drives all the way to a rousing conclusion.
