As every band director knows, one of the greatest challenges in having a successful marching season is finding music that fits the band and an arranger that can enhance the strengths of the ensemble. Jair provides quality arrangements that are innovative and written to showcase the strengths of my band. He has provided me with arrangements in a very timely manner and has always answered my many questions concerning the music portion of our shows. Over the past few years, we have been a three time 3A State Marching Contest Qualifier and we have been named champions at several non – uil contest. A lot of our success can be attributed to the wonderful arranging skills that he provides. I highly recommend him.
