Jair’s arrangements are well written and well thought out for high school musicians. As both a band director and drill writer, I appreciate the careful preparation that goes into his arrangements. It is easy to hear that his music is prepared to help the band sound and look great! I recommend Jair as both a great arranger and colleague.
