Jair Klarfeld has arranged the music for Steele HS Band for the past two years. He has exceeded all expectations. His arrangements follow the original outline and are very playable. Jair’s creativity is exceptional, his writing is superb and he is more than willing to make changes as they are needed. Jair is very easy to work with and listens to the directors, placing difficult parts in the strong sections while continuing to make the weaker sections parts interesting. We can highly recommend Jair Klarfeld has a marching band arranger.
