Beethoven’s music displayed the complete spectrum of emotions – from beauty to darkness, while dealing with many of his own personal demons. There are three movements: 1. Genius, 2. Isolation, and 3.  Triumph.. Features are: Alto Sax solo, Clarinet solo, and Flute solo.

The PHANTASM show features the music of Bach, Dukas, Grieg, and Mussourgsky in this ominous and exciting marching band show. There are 3 mvt.s: 1. Haunted House, 2. Illusions, and 3.  Spirited Party.  Features are: Mellophone solo, Tuba solo, and Piccolo solo.

“MIRAGE” takes the listener on an exciting journey through the mysterious deserts. The show offers a middle eastern feel along with unique images of warm desert colors. Your visual staff’s approach can interpret the details as abstract or as literal as you would like.

This marching band show takes your students and audience to three parts of the world: Paris, Africa, and finally Manhattan.  Features are flute solo, Trumpet/Mellophone duet, Mellophone solo, Alto Sax solo, and Tenor sax solo.

WHAT STANDS IN THE STORM is a marching band show about a town where a tornado hits. You will hear a weather bulletin, followed by a tornado siren. There are 3 movements: 1. The Storm  2. Aftermath, 3. Rebuilding. Feature is: Flute solo.

SEASONS OF LIFE

“SEASONS OF LIFE” is a marching band show that is a musical representation of different times in our lifetime – adolescence, teens, mid-life, and the golden years. There is an optional pre-show. There are four mvts. Features are: Clarinet solo, Alto Sax solo, Oboe solo, and Flute solo.

mech - NATION

mech-NATION was inspired by Issac Asminov’s “I Robot”. Act 1, The inventor is forging steel to create a robot. Act 2, the robots begin to look at themselves and the differences between their appearance and humans. Act 3 – “mechanize”, the robots collectively attempt to become part of human society as equals.

HEROES OF OLYMPUS

HEROES OF OLYMPUS  takes your audience back in time whe the Greek gods ruled. There are 3 mvts: Mvt. 1 – ZUES, Mvt. 2 – VENUS, and Mvt. 3 –  POSEIDON. Features are: Flute solo, and Flute duet.

FLIGHT – What is it like to be a pilot of a fighter jet? A show that can deliver the images, emotions, and sounds of flight taking off, reaching the speed of sound, g-force, and then the landing. There are 3 mvts. Features are: Trumpet solo, Mellophone solo, and Alto Sax solo.

FALL OF JERICHO

Inspired by the story of the Battle of Jericho, this show takes you back in time of slavery, rebellion, and miracles. Inspired by the melody – Joshua Fit the Battle of Jericho with original music creates a wonderful middle eastern backdrop to a persecution vs. freedom story.  Features are: Mellophone and trumpet solos.

RED OCTOBER 1917

Russian Revolution of 1917, overthrew the imperial government and placed the Bolsheviks in power. This show uses some the great works of the Russian composers as a backdrop for the story. There are 3 mvts.: 1. Dawn of a New Era, 2. The Hand of Hunger, and 3. Here Begins the New Life.

IMPRESSIONS OF DEBUSSY

IMPRESSIONS OF DEBUSSY – In Part 1, this music is a depiction  of a carnival and translates into a powerful and dynamic opener. Part 2 brings the beauty and playfulness of the composer to the audience. Part 3 brings all the musical colors of Debussy’s artistry into one powerful arrangement. Features are: Clarinet solo, Trumpet trio, Flute solo.

NEW WORLD SYMPHONY

NEW WORLD SYMPHONY -Part 1 is a driving opener making an exciting statement great for competitive groups. Part 2 starts with an eloquent solo followed by an up tempo section. Masterful scoring and dramatic thematic musical material make Part 3 is a must have closer for any band.  Features are: Clarinet solo, Mellophone solo, Trumpet solo.

INTO THE WOODS

This marching band show is based on the story of Red Riding Hood. You can actually use any fairy tale theme. The music is inspired by the music of Saint Saens (Aquarium), and Holst (Neptune and Uranus), with original music by Jair Klarfeld and Bret Kuhn. There is a pre-show and three segments. Features are:  Flute solo, and Trombone (or Mellophone) solo.

THE SWAN

This show is inspired by Tchaikovsky’s Ballet – “Swan Lake” There is an optional pre-show played by the front ensemble. The show has 3 movements and a pre-show. Part 1 – uses Tchaikovsky’s “Dance Espagnole.” Part 2 – uses Saint Saens – “The Swan.” Part 3 uses various themes from the ballet. Features are: Euphonium solo.
